Terms of Sale & Return Policy


As per the customers agreement with Atlantia the customer agrees to pay all invoices in full and within terms agreed upon. Terms are 30 days unless otherwise specified. All unpaid invoices shall bear interest at an amount equal to 1-1/2% of the outstanding balance per month (or the maximum rate of interest allowed to be contracted for by law, whichever is less), commencing upon the date of payment is due. Customers failure to make timely payment may result in such action as commencement of the proceedings for collection, revocation of credit, stoppage of shipment, delay or cessation of future deliveries, repossession of unpaid delivered goods and termination of any one or more sales agreements. Payments by credit card is subject to a 1.5% fee. Minimum order by credit card is $250.00. First two orders must be prepaid (credit card, certified cheque)


Returns must have a valid RMA form shipped with the product and will ship at the customers expense. We will automatically refuse all unauthorized returns from the carriers. All items must be in new re-saleable condition (i.e. Original package, unmarked, all price tags and security tickets completely removed, and unbroken seals). Defective items must specify the exact problem. Special ordered or Bundle items are non-returnable. Product that is no longer current cannot be returned as it is considered unsalable. Customer has 90 days from date of purchase to return stock, this does not apply to non-returnable stock. Please contact your Inside Sales Representative regarding any enquiries. A 20% restocking charge will apply to any Returns that do not follow this specific guideline or in rare occasions where agreements have been made between the customer and Atlantia.


Customers must make any cancellations or alterations to their PO prior to processing the order. Failure to do so will result in additional processing fees of $15.00 plus the cost to return any stock that may have shipped. All stock that is to be returned to Atlantia due to cancelation on the customers part must follow the appropriate RMA steps.
