Atlantia Holdings Online Giveaway Terms and Conditions
    1. Eligibility
  • The giveaway is open to legal residents of British Columbia, Canada, who are 18 years of age at the time of entry.
  • Affiliates and immediate family members of London Drugs are not eligible to participate.
    2. Giveaway Period
  • The giveaway begins on August 24th, 2024 at 1pm and ends on August 24th, 2024 at 5pm.
  • All entries must be received by August 24th at 5pm.
  • Winners will be contacted via email from London Drugs.
    3. How to Enter
  • Enter the information above. All information must be correct to the best of the applicants knowledge.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • Multiple entries are not allowed.
    4. Prizes
  • 1st prize winner will receive Unagi E350 mobile scooter in Black.
  • 2nd prize winner will receive x1 LOGiiX Blue Piston Mini, x1 Piston Power 5,000 Mag, x1 LOGiiX Sync & Charge USB-C to Lightning cable, x1 LOGiiX Backpack.
  • 3rd prize winner will receive x1 FURO USB-C Fan, x1 FURO Skybuds, x1 LOGiiX Waterproof Pouch and x1 LOGiiX Tote Bag.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
    5. Winner Selection and Notification
  • Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
  • The winner(s) will be notified via email/phone.
  • If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
    6. General Conditions
  • Atlantia Holdings reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Atlantia Holdings’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
  • Atlantia Holdings is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical errors that may occur.
    7. Publicity
  • By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
    8. Limitation of Liability
  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Atlantia Holdings and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize won.
    9. Governing Law
  • The giveaway is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
    10. Privacy
