We offer a 1 year warranty for defectives on all products we sell.

Do you sell to end-users?
At this time, Atlantia is only a distributor to our reseller partners. However, if you see something on our website that interests you, click here to find out where you can purchase the product.
How do I place an order?
Online, via our website.
Using your dealer login information that you received when you became an approved reseller partner, login to the Atlantia website. From there, you simply select the products you are interested in purchasing. Once you have selected everything you wish to purchase, select view cart and check out, proceed to check out, follow any further prompts and voila! You have placed your first online order.
Is there a way for me to access my account statements via the web?
Yes – here are the steps:
- Login using your specified dealer login information
- Select the "My Account" button – you will be taken to your account dashboard, which gives you an overview of your information.
- Select "Account Statement", you will view any open invoices you currently have with Atlantia.
What is my minimum order quantity?
You can order as little or as much as you'd like — however, there is a processing fee added to orders under $250.
How can I pay for my order?
Each reseller we work with is different, so you may have the option to pay via credit card or net 30 terms, or you may have to pay directly following your purchase. If you are interested in becoming a reseller, please contact us here, and we can work with you to determine what your account with us would look like.
How does my order ship?
Your order will ship regular ground service via Purolator. You can request expedited service or supply your own carrier account.
Can I sell your items online only?
If you are strictly an online reseller, please ensure to make note of that while you fill out your reseller application and your assigned customer service representative will let you know.
Are backorders held?
Backorders will be held at customers request.
Can I special order product?
Yes — however, there may be additional costs and/or minimum quantity orders. Atlantia wants to ensure that you have the best possible experience while working with us, so we will do whatever we can to best suit your needs.
