We are looking for a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join the Atlantia team and contribute to our success!

Responsible for fostering excellent customer relationships and developing assigned accounts, presenting a professional image at all times and in all methods of communications. Works with other internal departments to drive and expedite all customer related initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with all customers through collaborative communications
  • Generating sales with existing customers and new prospects
  • Achieving assigned monthly sales targets
  • Providing accurate pricing and quotations
  • Staying current and knowledgeable on all our products and solutions
  • Creating sales and backorder reports
  • Data entry of orders and other customer information into our ERP system

Our ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience and training to be successful in this role:

  • 2 years of experience in sales and customer service
  • Demonstrated ability in effective selling strategies and techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Detail oriented and with ability to produce accurate reporting
  • Experience with large ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and advanced Excel skills
